Returning Patients can make an appointment request by contacting reception on (07) 3831 9322, or you can make a realtime booking using your existing access to the Patient Portal.
All patients should ensure your medical history is up-to-date.
A referral from your GP is desirable but not essential. Please be advised you will not be eligible for a Medicare rebate if you do not have one. Please contact us to ensure any existing referral has not expired.
If you are a returning patient, login to your Patient Portal account, using the credentials you were originally provided via email.
Once you have access to your Patient Portal account, please do the following:
Review to ensure your information is complete and up-to-date, if anything requires correction, please contact us.
Make an appointment via the real time booking system.
